Eliminate the Clutter

What is Getting in Your Way? What is Stopping You From Achieving Your Dream?
We all have something that sabotages us as we try to pursue our dreams, goals, and happiness. Sometimes it's our own thoughts. Sometimes its the comments of others. And sometimes it is the actual stuff surrounding us in our homes or offices. Below is a strategy to identify and clear the clutter- mental and physical- in your life.

How will you eliminate the clutter? Choose 5 areas or issues you plan to address in your physical or mental space. Examples could include clearing out a closet, getting something fixed, cleaning out a drawer, saying no (or yes) to a project at work, setting limits with a friend or coworker, releasing guilt about a past event, etc.
When you finish those first five, start five more and soon your clutter will disappear and your goal setting can move forward.
